Mick has been a personal trainer for over 2 years now and attended the National Personal Training Institute, one of the leading training institutes in the country. Mick's philosophy is to always start with the basics. Not everyone is a pro athlete! I try to stay off of as many machines as possible with my clients. The training I believe in the most is circuit training. Not only is it one of the most effective type of training methods, but it is also like getting two workouts in one: "Resistance Training and Cardio." Circuit training is three or more exercises in a row, followed by a rest period. Of course, we will have to build your endurance up to that level before I can introduce circuit training to you.
