When I began my journey to fitness I was 55 years old and had been sick for ten years. My cholesterol was 401, my blood sugar was 250 and my blood pressure was 200/98. In addition I had severs sinus issues and my joints hurt so bad I couldn't even jog. I was killing myself with poor eating habits and complete lack of physical activity. With my knowledge, I was able to transform my body to such an extent that I competed in my first bodybuilding competition at age 60. When I started my life change I was 310 pounds with over 36% body fat. Today I am 205 pounds with a consistant body fat of less than 8%. My waist went from 44 to 34 inches. I learned how you eat is the most important factor in a healthy plan. Training is also critical.
